On December 31, 2009, we acquired Stones River Companies, LLC ("SRC") of Tennessee as part f our strategy to become a turnkey lighting energy services company.  As a lighting solution and design firm, SRC provides services to building owners focused on the design and implementation of energy efficient lighting measures.
