Constant Crowds Form around Energy Focus Intellitube at Greenbuild Expo
This month Energy Focus was in attendance at the 2015 Greenbuild International Conference and Expo in Washington, DC. This was one of our most successful tradeshows to date! Our booth was packed from start to finish. With over 10,000 attendees, Energy Focus LED lighting experts had the opportunity to meet with key decision makers in the commercial, healthcare, and educational industries about the latest standards in lighting.
One of the biggest hits at the expo was our Intellitube series which consistently drew a large crowd all day for lighting demonstrations and further information. Another highlight for our team came when the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) president Roger Platt stopped by the Energy Focus booth. Mr. Platt was very excited to learn about the latest innovations from Energy Focus and how our products benefit companies all over the world that are looking to be more energy efficient.
The USGBC cohosted this magnificent event, and worked closely with us throughout the entire conference. We were especially happy to have Josh Lasky from the Center for Green Schools at the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), speak at the Energy Focus booth on the first day of the expo. He was able to take questions from people looking to learn more about our “Change a Light. Change a Life” program and speak to the effects lighting can have specifically on educational facilities. Our guest speaker for the second day was Energy Focus’s own business development manager, Faye Gao, who also spoke on behalf of the program at USGBC’s booth.
Below are some of the action shots from this year’s expo. We would like to thank all attendees who visited our booth and we look forward to next year’s show in Los Angeles, California!
