It's a perfect fit, since Whole Foods is publicly committed to energy conservation and reducing waste, and Energy Focus' EFO lighting systems consume as little as 25% of the energy of traditional lighting, and 97% of our lamp components are reusable or recyclable.

Because our fiber optic accent lighting systems emit no heat, Whole Foods uses them to brightly illuminate selected areas, where it's important to maintain the freshness of seafood and other perishable, high-margin items.

In their Bay Hill, Orlando store, our specialists came up with a wonderful way to light the beautiful cabinetry in Whole Foods' Body Care section.  We realized that using our EFO ICE lighting system which is actually designed for refrigerator and freezer environments cast the perfect glow on the frosted glass backing to the cabinetry. That's what happens when you combine deep lighting experience, innovative thinking, and a client relationship based on collaboration.

That was an aesthetic decision, but it could just as easily have been a cost-savings decision.  Indeed, from down lighting to display lighting to Back of House, EFO lighting solutions will bring big results to any grocery store's bottom line.
