A. Samples can be ordered call or email us for more information.

Q. What is the standard lead-time for your products?

A. We hold stock for quantities below 100 per part number. For quantities above 100 our standard lead time is 2-3 weeks production plus shipping.

Q. Who is my rep in my area?

A. Energy Focus does not use traditional Lighting Representatives. Please contact our customer service team to find out about the sales rep in your area.

Q. Do you have reference sites in my area?

A. Energy Focus has been selling and installing LED Luminaires since 2007. For more specific applications, please visit our case studies.

Q. What is the warranty on your LED Luminaires?

A. We offer a 5 year warranty on all LED products that includes either repair or replacement of any defective products. (link to efoi warranty on new page)

Q. What is the policy on defectives?

A. Contact Customer Service. They will help you will all required documentation and handle the claim for you.

Q. Do you have a replacement parts list for your LED products?

A. No, we do not offer replacement parts. Our 5 year warranty includes in-house repairs or a new luminaire which will ensure the UL or ETL listing maintains validity.
