Training Manager


The Training Manager will partner with HR and various business leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy and participate in organization development initiatives. The Training Manager will work with every level of the organization to define and implement development and training solutions that provide a competitive advantage for the Company. This individual will serve as the owner of training content and all systems and platforms associated with the training/development initiative.


  • Partner with various business leaders and HR to perform needs analysis to provide training and development solutions
  • Develop, implement, and track training programs to help reach/meet corporate sales objectives
  • Create and deliver curriculum in various forms to team members onsite and working remotely
  • Maintain a training calendar and utilize training resources making recommendations where necessary to maintain compliance
  • Coordinate and facilitate training for new and existing team members in various departments
  • Partner with HR to create a proper onboarding program for all newly hired associates to ensure proper training, knowledge base and onboarding
  • Communicate with various internal departments to ensure the existing training materials/courses are meeting their needs and expectations offering suggestions and adjustments as necessary
  • Deliver timely updates to course curricula and training materials that reflect changes in product offerings and market demands by identifying ongoing training needs and objectives
  • Review evaluation of training courses, objectives, and accomplishments and prepare training status reports and procedures as required
  • Coordinate training events and the tracking and reporting of all program participants


  • 4-6 years of prior training experience;
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in developing and implementing training programs
  • Knowledge of training methodologies and practices preferred
  • Experience creating and implementing Sales Training Programs for a product driven organization
  • Combined training experience in Manufacturing and Electronics a plus
  • Working knowledge of multiple different learning platforms, tools, and resources to best provide training solutions
  • Prior experience facilitating various training courses with an emphasis in sales
